ENITEH - BIOMASS COGENERATION PLANT
is using biomass fuel for production of electric and thermal energy with the indirect gas - turbine process. The main component of the cogeneration system is gas turbine with external combustion chamber. With this type of turbine it is relatively easy to divert the air from the compressor before combustion chamber into external heat exchanger heated by hot combustion gas from furnace to and then introduced through the gas turbine. Indirect heat form biomass allows the gas turbine to work with clean air instead of combustion gas; this insur es ideal operation condition of the turbine and extending its life span.

ENITEH - MODULAR BIOMASS COGENERATION PLANT is modular type. The entire equipment of 426 kWel plant is fitted in three standard ISO 40 ft containers. Module type construction insures high quality product, short and easy assembly for remote locations and does not require a plant room. In the case of larger sizes the plant ( 800 and 1200 KWel ) is built in a module format, sized to suit road transport.

Equipment as part of the particular module is completely assembled and tested on the work-shop floor - therefore the complete modules are installed on the foundation plinth and then interlinked. Ecological characteristics of plant in standard type with multicyclone make emissions from stack - dust < 120 mg/m3, CO < 500 mg/m3, NOx < 500 mg/m3. If the smaller emission dust is necesary,it is possible upgrading append instalations for the exhausted gas cleaning.

By using air regenerator and biomass drying installation high electric efficiency of biomass energy which is better then usual cogeneration plants becomes possible. Relative simple concept of plant makes possible building plant with more lower invest cost from others cogeneration plants.
