Cogeneration plant " ENITEH " besides producing electrical energy , also produces thermal energy by exhaust hot air from turbine ( 1116 KW, 324 C ). Because temperature of exhaust hot air is suficient hight - it is possible to use this air in many technological process for drying or heating materials or in production of steam and hot water for heating and technology. Because this air is clean, it`s application for direct drying of agrocultural products is also possible.

 

APPLICATION IN BRICK -YARD

In brick-yard with production of 150 T/day bricks - cca 60 % of electric production of " ENITEH " system is suficient for average factory operating and hot air from turbine is possible to use for preheating bricks before baking in furnace. In this case it is possibleto reduce fuel consumption in furnace to 30 % with better quality of bricks and possibility of increase in furnace production .

 
 

APPLICATION IN DRYING PROCESS

Hot air from turbine can apply for direct dryiung process ( drying wet sawdust in brikets and pelets production, drying wood griding materials for wood plate production, cellulose drying and agrocultural products drying )

 
 

APLICATION FOR STEAM AND HOT WATER PRODUCTION

Hot air from turbine can apply for production steam and hot water for heating and technology with simple and inexpensive heat exchangers.
